CAUTION: When outside temperatures reach 70 degrees, the temperatures inside delivery vehicles typically exceed 90 degrees and often exceed 100 degrees. Therefore, during these periods of high heat, we advise our customers to avoid buying those products which may not withstand such high temperatures. These would include: lip balms, lotion bars, and body butters.

We ship by your choice of U.S. Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation, FedEx, or UPS.
PLEASE NOTE: Our shopping cart does not include an on-line option for insurance for Priority Mail. You are at risk for damage or loss to your order unless you add insurance. If you wish to insure your Priority Mail shipped package, send us an email at Customer Service: customerservice@hisandhersstore.com.
For either UPS or Fed Ex, package values up to $100 are insured at no additional cost.
Shipping is calculated by our shopping cart as accurately as possible. However, once an order is packed and weighed, shipping may turn out to be more (or less) than the shopping cart quoted. We will charge your credit card for the correct amount due, or send you an email, if you are paying by check or money order.
Currently, we only charge the actual cost of shipping with no handling fee.
